This photograph of St Michael’s Mount was taken from Marazion beach in July 2021. It was completely still as the core of the Milky Way Galaxy rose over the Mount.
I took this photograph with a special ‘astro-modified’ camera that is sensitive to red wavelengths of light emitted from dust clouds and nebulae.
Special thanks to Wendy R. for naming it!
